Ki67 is a proliferation-associated nuclear protein expressed during all active phases of the cell cycle and is absent in resting cells. The antibody labels Ki67 protein in both normal and neoplastic cells.
Intended use
It is a useful tool for assessing proliferative activity of various tumors when used with a panel of antibodies
