A moderate to strong, predominantly cytoplasmic staining reaction of virtually all T-cells and mantle zone B-cells of follicles in the tonsils and appendix |

A weak to moderate, distinct cytoplasmic staining reaction of basal squamous epithelial cells and intra-germinal center T-cells in tonsil and of epithelial cells lining the basal compartment of the crypts in the appendix |
