CK5/6: A moderate to strong, distinct cytoplasmic staining reaction of virtually all squamous epithelial cells of the tonsil TTF1: A strong, distinct nuclear staining reaction of all follicular epithelial cells in thyroid. A weak cytoplasmic staining reaction can be seen in the cytoplasmic compartment and in the extracellular colloids in thyroid
CK5/6: An at least weak, predominantly cytoplasmic (but also membranous) staining reaction of scattered columnar epithelial cells of intercalated ducts of pancreas TTF1: An at least weak to moderate, distinct nuclear staining reaction of the vast majority of columnar luminal epithelial cells of the terminal bronchioles in the normal lung
CK5/6: No staining of the epithelial cells of the bile ducts of the liver TTF1: No staining should be seen in tonsil
