Intended use
CD57 is seen in various neural tumors. In addition, CD57 is expressed in prostate tissue, prostate adenocarcinoma, papillary thyroid carcinomas, thymomas. CD57 is useful in classifying subtypes of Hodgkin’s lymphoma and T-cell large granular lymphocyte disorders. The anti-CD57 antibody is a useful aid for classifying lymphoid neoplasms when used in a panel with other antibodies.
