CD5 is a transmembrane protein expressed on all mature T-cells and subsets of B-cells found in the follicular mantle zones, bone marrow, and peripheral blood.
Intended use
The antibody labels CD5 in both normal and neoplastic cells. It is useful for classifying and characterizing T-cell and B-cell neoplasms when used within a panel with other antibodies
