CD30 is a transmembrane protein expressed on scattered large activated B- and T-lymphocytes in tonsil, lymph nodes, spleen, and thymus
Intended use
The antibody labels CD30 protein in normal and neoplastic cells, such as Hodgkin and Reed-Sternberg cells and anaplastic large-cell lymphoma cells (ALCL). CD30 positive staining may aid in identifying of classical Hodgkin lymphoma and ALCL when used with a panel of antibodies.
